Peter Pender

Peter Pender has extensive work experience in finance systems and project management. Peter has held various roles in different organizations, including Care UK, University of Essex, Royal Borough of Greenwich, London Borough of Redbridge, JLL, B-Plan Information Systems Ltd, Essex Police, and Tendring District Council.

At Care UK, Peter served as the Head of Business Systems, Residential Care Services, where they were responsible for implementing and upgrading information systems. Peter also established a new IT department and migrated systems to new infrastructure. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Group Finance Systems, where they successfully re-implemented the Agresso finance system and integrated acquired companies into the group.

At the University of Essex, Peter worked as the Deputy Director of Finance and Finance Systems Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw financial accounting, management accounting, and systems functions. Peter also implemented the Agresso finance system and conducted business analysis to improve efficiency.

Peter also has experience in the public sector, working at the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the London Borough of Redbridge in interim finance and project management roles.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated expertise in managing finance systems, implementing new technologies, and improving processes.

From 1994 to 1995, Peter Pender attended Anglia Ruskin University, studying CIPFA. No degree was obtained during this time.
