Aiman Mashni

Aiman Mashni is a seasoned professional in the field of global donor compliance, currently serving as the Director of Global Donor Compliance Assurance at CARE since July 1998. In this role, Aiman has established a robust global compliance program and driven performance excellence through effective program implementation. Aiman's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Regional Grants & Contracts Manager, Regional Grants & Contracts Manager, and Regional Program Liaison Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing donor compliance, managing grants and contracts, and providing oversight of regional operations. Aiman also has a background in program development, monitoring, and evaluation from past positions at CARE and experience as a Field Officer with the International Committee of the Red Cross. Aiman holds an MBA from Columbus State University and a BSc in Health Care Administration from Amman Private University.
