Anita Sundari Akella serves as the inaugural Director of CARE's Impact at Scale and Strategy Incubation unit, focusing on designing and implementing sustainable solutions for the development sector. With extensive consulting experience since 2005, Akella has partnered with various organizations including businesses, non-profits, and government agencies to manage large-scale research programs and develop strategic interventions. Previously, Akella held leadership roles at The Citizenry, Savannah College of Art and Design, and Conservation International, where initiatives in product development, educational reform, and environmental law enforcement were key contributions.
