Hiba Tibi

Hiba Tibi currently serves as the Program Quality Director and Country Director for CARE in Palestine, overseeing operations in both Gaza and the West Bank. With a focus on strategic leadership, program development, and collaboration with stakeholders, Hiba addresses critical issues of poverty, gender inequality, and social injustice. Previous roles include Regional Economic Empowerment Hub Manager and Global Program Manager for the Farmers Field and Business School initiative, where Hiba successfully managed the scale-up strategy across 32 countries, emphasizing innovation and inclusive market systems. Hiba holds a Master of International Studies in International Relations and Affairs from Birzeit University.
