Ibrahim Fadel is an experienced professional with a strong background in economic recovery and livelihoods program management. Since July 2018, Ibrahim has held the position of Economic Recovery Coordinator at CARE, alongside previous roles as Livelihoods Program Officer and FSL MEAL Officer. Prior to this, Ibrahim served as Program Manager at Spirit NGO and Senior Livelihood Program Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included project follow-up, coordination of materials and staffing, and support for financial aspects of livelihoods initiatives. Earlier experience includes leadership roles with the Danish Red Cross, focusing on psychosocial support for refugees, and volunteer involvement with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent during the Syrian crisis. Ibrahim holds a Master of Laws degree from Aleppo University, completed in 2014.
