Lloyd Owen Banwart currently serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director for CARE's Women in the Digital Economy Fund, leading the development of MEL systems to address the gender digital divide. In addition, Lloyd is an Adjunct Professor at St. Catherine University, teaching a Masters level course on global health program design and implementation. Previously, Lloyd held various leadership roles at TANGO International Inc., including Director of the HAEC Activity, where collaboration with USAID and various partners focused on impact evaluation methods. Experience also includes teaching, research, economic development work with the Peace Corps, and data analysis across multiple organizations. Lloyd holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
