Rebecca Rewald

Rebecca Rewald is a seasoned professional in the field of policy advocacy, specializing in women's and girls' rights and gender issues. Currently serving as the Senior Policy Advocate for Women and Girls at CARE since December 2023, Rebecca has a robust background with Oxfam America, where roles spanned from Sr. Gender Policy Advisor to several program and coordination positions from August 2013 to January 2024. Earlier experiences include internships at Vital Voices Global Partnership and the Centre for Development and Population Activities, along with a brief position at CARE USA. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies, with a focus on Gender and Development, and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, both from The George Washington University.
