Sarah Arnason

Sarah Arnason is an experienced professional in talent management, learning and development, and organizational policy, currently serving as Lead Manager in Talent Management & Culture at CARE since August 2009. In this role, Sarah focuses on creating inclusive learning interventions that promote equitable leadership and a sense of belonging among employees globally. Previous positions at CARE include Learning and Development Advisor and Organizational Policy Manager, where efforts were directed toward enhancing staff training and developing enabling policies. Sarah's background also includes work as a Knowledge Management & Learning Coordinator for an Emergency Capacity Building Project and Communications Manager in the Office of the President, where responsibilities encompassed internal communications and speech writing. Additional experience includes serving as Volunteer Director of Finance for Living Walls, the City Speaks LLC, and as an HR Coordinator at Probix, LLC. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Philosophy in Economic Development and Latin American Studies from Miami University.
