Julia Carabas

Julia Carabas is a health tech strategist who has spent the past five years leading operations, payer strategy, and value-based care efforts for Quartet Health, an innovative mental health start-up working with health plans and health systems to improve access to mental health services. Julia is currently working on launching a new health tech start-up. She has held roles at Uber, Wunderman Digital, and DDB Global, and her career span health tech, marketing, advertising, and tech innovation. Julia has a Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and received her undergraduate education from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
