Caroline Kail

Caroline Kail has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Caroline began their career as a Development and Communications Intern at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence in Charlottesville, VA in May 2015. In June 2016, they joined Phase 3 Marketing and Communications as a Public Relations Coordinator, eventually moving up to the position of Public Relations Manager in August 2017. In August 2018, Caroline joined Roper St. Francis Healthcare as a Communications and Stewardship Coordinator, and later, they became the Communications and Stewardship Director in July 2022. Since June 2023, they have been serving as the Director of Donor Marketing and Communications at the same organization. Additionally, in January 2021, Caroline started working in the field of Holistic Wellness and Nutrition.

Caroline Kail has a Bachelor's Degree in Global Studies with a concentration in Environments & Sustainability from the University of Virginia. Caroline is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, having completed the program at the Nutritional Therapy Association with a focus on Holistic Nutrition. Additionally, Caroline has obtained certifications in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot and Luminate Online from Blackbaud.
