Jason Little, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jason started their career as a Financial Information Analyst at MERGENT FIS in 1997. Jason then worked as a Trading Analyst at Lilienthal Foundation for a year before venturing into entrepreneurship. Jason founded Crossroads Tennis LLP in 2000, a full-service management company for tennis facilities. In 2008, they became a Managing Partner at Tennis N' Shades, where they successfully launched and managed an entrepreneurial venture. In 2010, Jason joined Gilbert Engineering Company as a Project & Business Operations Manager, responsible for managing projects and coordinating resources. Jason then transitioned to Roper St. Francis Healthcare in 2016, where they initially served as a Project Manager, supporting business initiatives and providing strategic analysis. Jason eventually took on the role of Hospital at Home Director in 2020, leading the development and expansion of the Hospital at Home Program.

Jason Little, MBA, PMP has a Master of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from Gardner-Webb University (2007-2010) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Wingate University (1993-1996). Jason also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University (obtained in 2010) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in February 2020).
