Margi Myers

Margi Myers, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Margi began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Univeristy Physicians, Inc. from May 1992 to May 1998. Margi then moved on to Spectera, where they served as the Human Resources Director from May 1998 to April 2001. Additionally, they worked as a Physician Recruiter for Spectera from April 2001 to January 2002. Margi joined Bed Bath & Beyond in March 2002 as the District Human Resources Manager, a position they held for 14 years until January 2016. Since then, they have been employed with Roper St. Francis Healthcare. Margi initially served as an Employee Relations Representative from January 2016 to January 2023. Following that, they were appointed as the Career Development Program Manager from January 2023 to January 2024. Presently, Margi holds the role of Director, HR Strategic Partner at Roper St. Francis Healthcare from January 2024 onwards.

Margi Myers, SPHR, holds a BA in Business Management/HR from Gettysburg College. Margi also obtained an MBA in Management Information Systems, General from Loyola University Maryland. In addition, Margi has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in both 2014 and 2018.
