Laura (Hand) Barnett has a diverse background in healthcare management and project coordination. Laura is currently working at CareAllies as the Director of Go-To-Market and Product Development. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products and strategies.

Prior to joining CareAllies, Laura worked at Howard County General Hospital as the Director of Strategic Planning from 2017 to 2020. During their time there, they played a key role in driving the hospital's strategic initiatives and long-term planning.

Before that, Laura worked at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) from 2015 to 2017. Laura served as the Practice Manager for Family Care Associates, where they oversaw the daily operations of a primary care practice and implemented process improvement initiatives. Laura also worked as an Administrative Resident at GBMC, where they developed business plans and coordinated the implementation of various healthcare projects.

Laura's experience also includes working at Partners HealthCare as a Project Specialist from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they provided support to hospital-based teams in improving quality of care and reducing costs. Laura was involved in evaluating projects, developing abstracts, and assisting in the development of quality improvement dashboards.

Additionally, Laura worked at RTI International as a Public Health Analyst from 2011 to 2012, where they performed project-related tasks focused on aging, disability, and long-term care. Laura managed clinical sites, collected and analyzed data, and produced research deliverables.

Laura's early career included an internship at MaineHealth as a Clinical Integration Intern in 2010.
