Caryn Ciaio

Caryn Ciaio is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CareCentrix. Caryn has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and has previously worked as a Planning & Performance Director and Human Resources Manager. Caryn has a proven track record of being able to partner with senior and frontline leadership in order to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that supported the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Caryn is also an expert in process, project, and change management methodology along with coaching and consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives.

Caryn Ciaio received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources at Stony Brook University. Caryn then went on to receive certification from SHRM in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Caryn Ciaio works with Laizer Kornwasser - President and Chief Operating Officer, Jasen Gunderson - Chief Medical Officer, and Ethan Baumfeld - Chief Legal Officer. Caryn Ciaio reports to John Driscoll, Chief Executive Officer.
