W. Michael Saal

W. Michael Saal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. W. Michael started their career as an Admissions Counselor Assistant at Southeast Missouri State University in 1996 and worked there until 1998. W. Michael then moved on to work as a Technical Trainer at Fireman's Fund Direct from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they served as a Call Center Supervisor at GMAC Insurance from 2001 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Customer Care Manager at Boilermakers National Funds. Since 2010, they have been working at CareCentrix, holding various positions including Patient Registration and Customer Resolution Team Manager, Director of Operations Support, Area Vice President of Operational Transformation, and currently, as the Area Vice President of Client Implementations.

W. Michael Saal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Southeast Missouri State University in the period between 1996 and 1998. W. Michael also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at Lindenwood University, although the specific years of attendance are unknown.
