Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at CareChoice since April 2018, Julie oversees the end-to-end customer experience for Disability and Aged Care services, manages customer service interactions, and leads strategic projects to enhance service delivery. Julie previously held roles at CareChoice as Head of Operations and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing training and recruitment teams. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Manager at Australian Unity, and various customer service leadership roles at AMP over a span of 20 years, showcasing a strong commitment to excellence in customer service and operational management.
