With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance and treasury, Mr Foo is professionally skilled in Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, and Treasury Management. He also has many years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

Mr Foo holds a Master of Business Administration from Imperial College, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
