Ahmed Fayad

Ahmed Fayad is an experienced professional with a robust background in commercial strategy and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Strategic Partnerships & New Ventures at Careem since February 2023, Ahmed has previously held positions at Cisco as a Senior Manager in Customer Experience with AppDynamics. Ahmed's extensive experience at PwC Middle East spanned over five years, where roles included Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager focused on transformation management. Prior to that, Ahmed served as a Global Project Manager and Technical Delivery Manager at Vodafone Global Enterprise, leading major projects for renowned clients such as Coca-Cola and IBM. Additional experience includes roles in technical support and billing operations at Vodafone UK and Vodafone Australia, as well as freelance training in soft skills. Ahmed Fayad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
