Ayman Alzayat

Ayman Alzayat, PhD, is an experienced professional in user experience research and design, currently serving as Associate Director of UX Research at Careem since June 2024. Previously, Ayman held the position of Senior User Experience Researcher at Kijiji Canada, focusing on delivering impactful UX data and overseeing research projects that align with business objectives. Ayman's diverse background includes roles as a UX Researcher and AR Design Consultant at OPStudioz, a UX Designer at Spire Trading Inc., and an Interaction Design Instructor and Content Developer Specialist at Wilfrid Laurier University. Ayman has also been a User Experience Researcher at Ryerson University and the University of Waterloo, where collaboration and research innovation were key contributions. Ayman earned a PhD in Human Computer Interaction and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Waterloo and completed a professional education program at MIT in early 2024.
