Roya Mahfouz

Roya Mahfouz currently serves as a Senior Manager in the CEO Office at Careem, focusing on Everything App Expansion and Corporate Strategy & Special Projects, with a presence in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh since October 2023. In addition to this role, Roya co-founded Nove Home, an e-commerce side venture, in August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Partnerships Manager at Sawa Technologies, where foundational strategies for partnerships and client management were developed, and reporting directly to the CEO. At ChatFood, prior to its acquisition by Deliverect, Roya held the position of Strategy & Special Projects Manager, contributing to major initiatives such as a partnership with Careem and enhancing client onboarding processes. Previously, Roya worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Oliver Wyman from September 2018 to June 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Business Ops from the American University of Beirut.
