Sukriti Gupta

Sukriti Gupta is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of Rewards and People Analytics at Careem since March 2018, after progressing through roles as Rewards Manager and Rewards Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as HR Officer at KEF Holdings from April 2016 to March 2018, HR Trainee at Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) in mid-2015, and HR Intern at CEB, now Gartner, earlier in 2015. Sukriti Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and two degrees from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, including a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree. Notable project work includes designing question banks for Behavioral Feedback tailored to organizational competency frameworks at IL&FS.
