Miles Monhollen

Miles Monhollen has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Miles currently holds the position of Shared Services Human Resources Manager at Career Certified since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Shaw Industries for four years, from November 2018 to October 2022, where they served as an HR Manager and Sales Compensation Manager. Before Shaw Industries, Miles worked as an HR Generalist at North American Stamping Group from June 2017 to November 2018. In addition, they have experience in various roles at Dorman Products, including Human Resources Generalist and Production Group Lead, from 2011 to 2017. Miles also served as an Administrative Chief in the United States Marine Corps from January 2005 to December 2008, where they managed administrative and postal sections.

Miles Monhollen's education history includes earning an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Volunteer State Community College from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they attended Lipscomb University from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management. Currently, from 2022 to 2024, Miles is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Eastern Kentucky University.
