Rich Moy

Rich Moy is an experienced HR professional with a focus on analytics and systems support. Currently serving as an HR Analyst at Career Education Corporation since January 2013, Rich facilitates improvements in HR reporting and analytics to enhance operations and provides valuable insights to the VP of Finance. Previously, as an HRIS Analyst at Wolters Kluwer from December 2010 to December 2012, Rich supported HR PeopleSoft for 10,000 employees and collaborated closely with HR Business Partners. Rich also worked as an HR Analyst at HSBC from March 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included analyzing tax updates and managing customizations in the Oracle PeopleSoft system. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Developer/Functional Analyst at Tribune Company from October 1998 to October 2006, supporting the PeopleSoft HRMS application.
