Abby Massey

Abby Massey currently serves as an HR Service Center Analyst II and Project Manager at Cox Enterprises, where significant contributions include collaborating with Digital Equity teams to enhance affordability offerings for over 9,000 customers and leading Human Centered Design sessions with the User Experience Design team. Prior to this role, Abby was an Executive Assistant Intern and GED Program Lead at Rehabilitation Enables Dreams, successfully implementing a GED program for pre-adjudication participants and directing operations to improve engagement and outreach. Additional experience includes an internship at Arora Law Firm, where Abby managed client communications and legal research, and volunteering at Extra Special People and UGA Wesley Foundation. Abby is pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of Georgia's Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
