Elena Arma was drawn to recruiting because she knew she wanted to be in a position that had a positive impact on people’s lives. Her favorite part of the job is hearing about how candidates have progressed from their very first position to their current one and why they’re looking to move on. Her best piece of advice to a candidate is to be confident in your abilities and always put your best foot forward. Three qualities Elena looks for in a candidate are strong communication skills, leadership skills, and a willingness to adapt to different environments. Elena attended Rutgers University and majored in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. Before joining the Fourth Floor team as a Recruiting Coordinator, Elena gained experience in retail management.
