Jane Narval has worked in customer service since 2016. Jane was a Customer Service Representative for Sutherland from 2016 to 2017, and for Teleperformance from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they began working as a Community Manager for Career Karma, where they are responsible for helping students and alumni discover resources, events, and recruiting events to find jobs in technology. Jane also facilitates weekly AMAs and events with technology industry leaders, and provides portfolio project reviews and career support.
Jane Narval completed a Bachelor of Science in Literature from the University of Southeastern in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Web Development degree from freeCodeCamp between 2018 and 2020, with a focus on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
