Marianne Bonga has been working in the customer service and retail industries since 2012. Marianne started their career as the Owner of Mine Collection, where they re-sold and sold pre-loved and brand new items such as bags, shoes, and clothes online. In 2014, they joined SYKES as a Technical Support Specialist, where they answered inbound calls catering customers located in the US and helped them troubleshoot their receivers if they were not able to access channels on their televisions. In 2017, they joined Convergys as a Customer Support Specialist, where they answered inbound calls catering to sellers from an online shopping platform located in the US. Marianne made sure to give detailed explanations pertaining to removed listings and gave them suggestions on what they could do better to improve their listing to help them maintain a good seller standing. In 2020, they joined Career Karma as a Community Manager.
Marianne Bonga attended the University of San Carlos from 2006 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Education. Marianne then attended freeCodeCamp from 2018 to 2021, studying JavaScript.
