Tapan Kathekar

Tapan Kathekar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tapan is currently serving as the Head of Digital Business, CX, and Sales Operations at Career Launcher since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Customer Experience Strategy Manager for South Asia at ApplyBoard from June 2022 to February 2023, and as the Regional Manager from March 2021 to June 2022. Tapan Kathekar also served as an Associate General Manager at D'DECOR HOME FABRICS from March 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were the City Business Head at bigbasket.com from August 2015 to February 2019. Tapan also has experience as a Zonal Business Development Manager at Vodafone India from November 2014 to June 2015, as a Branch Manager at Pidilite Industries Limited from June 2013 to November 2014, and as the GTM Strategy Manager for North India at SC Johnson India Products Private Ltd. from July 2011 to May 2013.

Tapan Kathekar earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. Francis Institute of Technology, Mumbai University, which they completed in the years 2004 to 2008. Tapan later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Sales and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, from 2009 to 2011.
