Melissa Kowalske

Melissa Kowalske is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Career Now Brands since May 2019, Melissa specializes in candidate sourcing within the logistics industry. Concurrently, Melissa has held the position of General Manager at Liberty Tax since April 2012, where responsibilities include training, hiring, and scheduling over 50 seasonal employees, along with managing various operational functions such as accounting and marketing. Previously, as a Project Manager at F.E. Moran Fire Protection, Melissa managed national accounts for major retail brands, and as a Supervisor at Accurate Answering Service, Melissa oversaw customer service and dispatching operations.
