Melissa Dobbins

Melissa Dobbins has worked in various roles for several companies since 2006. Melissa began their career as an Operations Manager at Lux Research in 2006. In 2008, they moved to Microsoft as a Business Strategy Consultant. In 2009, they joined Sparta Systems, Inc. as a Manager of Product Management and later became a Senior Product Manager. In 2013, they were hired as a Director of Product Management at Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi), now a Nuance company. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Product Management, Capture Products at Nuance Communications. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Product Management at Diamond Mind. Finally, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of career.place.

Melissa Dobbins is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
