Sian Robertson

Sian Robertson is the Director of Programmes at Career Ready. Sian has over five years of experience working in outreach and education, with a focus on STEM subjects. Sian has worked in a variety of roles, including Collaborative Outreach Manager and Outreach Manager.

Sian is passionate about increasing social mobility and encouraging more young people, particularly girls, to consider careers in STEM. Sian has a proven track record of working with employers to engage with schools and increase participation in STEM programmes.

Sian Robertson has a master's degree in childhood and young people from University Campus Suffolk, a master's degree in education from The Open University, and a bachelor's degree in English language and literature from University Campus Suffolk. Sian also attended Claydon High School.

Sian Robertson reports to Tokunbo Ajasa-Oluwa, CEO. They are on a team with Jen Hartley - Director of Fundraising & Business Development, Angie Brown - EA to the CEO, and Mark Smith - Chief Operating Officer.
