Richard Bourque

Richard Bourque has a diverse work experience. Richard started their career as an Adult Probation Intern at the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch in 2015. Later on, they joined Career Resources, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Case Manager from November 2015 to November 2017, Program Supervisor from November 2017 to December 2019, Supervisor of Youth and Literacy Programs from December 2019 to January 2021, and currently holds the position of Director of Educational and Support Services since January 2021.

Richard Bourque earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of New Haven, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid from the National Safety Council in June 2019 and in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health in May 2017.
