Samia Karimi is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in career navigation, program direction, dance education, and case management. Currently serving as a Career Navigator at Career TEAM, Samia facilitates pathways aligned with local business needs in partnership with the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board and Allan Hancock College. Prior roles include Program Director at Ballet Afsaneh Art and Culture Society, where Samia managed organizational strategies and educational dance programs, and Caseworker at the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, providing vital support to Afghan clients. With a robust background in dance and community outreach, Samia has contributed to various arts and education initiatives and has experience in grant writing and budget management.
