During his 8-year tenure with PRC, the company grew from 400 to over 14,000 employees worldwide. Stephen contributed to the company’s accelerated growth by establishing PRC’s offshore strategy and capabilities in several international locations, completing several acquisitions and enhancing the company’s operational and financial performance. He also played an important role with respect to PRC’s multiple initial public stock offerings (raising over $350M in equity between 1996 and 1997), other financing initiatives, and PRC’s sale to IAC in 2000, which was valued at $755M.

Stephen began his professional career in the Financial Advisory Services group of PwC, working out of the firm’s Miami, Florida office. He joined PwC as an intern during his second year in law school and accepted a full-time position upon his graduation in 1993.
