Ricardo Santos is the Co-Founder and CTO of Career Genie, where Ricardo is building the future of career management. Previously, Ricardo was the Chief Executive Officer of PouchNATION, leading digital transformation to create a self-service SaaS platform for hospitality. Ricardo also held roles such as VP Growth & Performance Marketing, Regional Head of Digital, Malaysia Country Head, and Managing Director at various companies specializing in digital marketing and business growth. Ricardo holds a Master's Degree in Business Analytics and Big Data, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Informatics.
