Isaac Johnson has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Isaac began their career as a Student Library Assistant at Henry Ford College, where they assisted 50-100 students daily with opening new library accounts and printing documents. Isaac also located and shelved books using the Dewey Decimal System, and designed visual displays, activities and coordinated special themed library events for 500+ students on a weekly and monthly basis. In 2013, they took a role as a Hazardous Materials Correspondent at UPS, where they scanned and loaded/unloaded packages weighing up to 80lbs onto trailers at a rate of 500+/hour. Isaac also used the UPS Designated Responder Decision Tree to determine proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with OSHA regulations and standards. In 2016, Isaac Johnson became a Logistics Specialist at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., where they coordinated efficient movement of air import/export shipments for international clients while preparing Customs Documentation compliant with government agencies. Isaac also maintained frequent communication with customers and end users with prompt shipment updates. In 2018, Isaac Johnson took a role as a Customs Brokerage Entry Writer at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where they classified imported goods and processed complex import transactions per Customs regulations, classification, and valuation methods. Isaac also performed audit review on all assigned brokerage files and payments to customs. In 2021, Isaac Johnson became an Operations Coordinator at Harada Industry of America, Inc., where they monitored daily customer EDI requirement data and interpreted customer demand to create MRP supplier schedules and firm orders to manufacturing plants. Isaac also communicated with multi-national manufacturing facilities to ensure production and shipping schedules are maintained. Currently, they are a Software QA Engineer at Careerist, where they analyze customer requirements to plan, write and execute up to thirty test cases daily in TestRail. Isaac also implements black-box (Functional, GUI), grey-box (SQL, API, Chrome DevTools), smoke and regression testing methods on web and mobile platforms to ensure excellent user experience, and reports bug reports starting with the highest priority features according to customer requirements.

Isaac Johnson has an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Henry Ford College. Isaac is also Certified Logistics Technician (CLT (AE)) from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council, which they obtained in October 2015. Isaac is currently attending Careerist.
