Lucille Harris

Lucille Harris has worked in the tech industry for over 8 years. In 2022, they began working as a Software QA Engineer at Careerist. Prior to that, they worked at ADT from 2016 to 2022 as a Technical Specialist, where their duties included answering and processing inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, as well as maintaining customer account data and activity in appropriate systems. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Sprint as a Technical Lead, where they directed inbound calls in phone queues to improve call flow, assisted with the development of the call center\u2019s operations, quality and training processes, ran reports and supplied data to fulfill customer report requirements, worked with upper management to ensure appropriate changes were made to improve customer satisfaction, and formulated and enforced Service Center policies, procedures and quality assurance measures.

Lucille Harris obtained their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dallas Baptist University between 2016 and 2018. Lucille also obtained a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) certification from Careerist in November 2022.
