Madinah M. began their career in 2013 as a System and Database Administrator for the US Navy. In 2022, they joined Careerist, an online learning platform, as a Sales Engineer Program participant. During their time at Careerist, Madinah provided pre-sales technical assistance and product education, completed 100 hours of Sales Engineer training and education, led the customer Discovery & Qualification process, and utilized collected data for demo presentation and proposal strategies. Madinah also developed a range of hard and soft skills, such as demo presentations, IT security, CRM, product research, proposal writing, analytical thinking, AWS cloud computing, persuasion techniques, negotiations, public speaking, object handling, networking, and troubleshooting.

Madinah M. has a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
