Morris Chism began their career in 2012 as a Premium Auditor at Information Providers, Inc. where they conducted investigations to determine the effectiveness of existing accounting policies and control systems, accurately documented organizational assets, liabilities and income, and calculated insurance premiums, tax liabilities and state worker's compensation coverage requirements. In 2018, they moved to Hawkins, Inc. as a Technical Sales Representative, where they developed prospective clients in assigned territory and maintained existing client portfolio worth $25 million in yearly business, reached out to customers for follow-up calls and to provide ongoing technical support, and provided constant support and maintained relationships with existing customers about products, prices and technical issues. In 2019, Morris Chism joined EMC Insurance Companies as a Field Premium Auditor, where they met with external CEO's, CFO's and accounting personnel remotely and at their place of business to accurately audit financial exposures for various insurance policies, reviewed, inspected, and investigated any aspect of the business necessary to verify 100% accurate premium information, and assisted external executive staff in improving their reports to facilitate future insurance audits to increase 100% accuracy. In 2022, they joined Careerist as a Sales Engineer, where they worked closely with customers and conducted up sales, carried out necessary technical presentations, demos, and testing for customers, and followed up with customers to ensure that they don’t have any additional requests.

Morris Chism has completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Amberton University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from LeMoyne-Owen College.
