Beatriz Estrada

Beatriz Estrada has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Beatriz started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1978, where they held various roles in human resources, including HR for Customer Business Development, Marketing HR BP, and Strategy Development and Deployment. In 2010, they became the Regional HR Director for Mead Johnson Nutrition in Latin America. Beatriz then worked as an independent business strategy consultant at ESLO Consultores/Organizational Strategy & Productivity and as a Director at ESLO Consultores SC. In 2014, Beatriz joined GAIA Insights as an Executive Coach, providing coaching services to business executives. Beatriz also worked as a Senior Consultant at Human Leaders Group (HLG). Currently, Beatriz is working as a Career Coach at Careerminds since 2023.

Beatriz Estrada has a diverse education history. In 1978, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Actuarial Science, from Universidad Anáhuac, which they attended from 1974 to 1978.
