Dianne McKim

Dianne McKim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1983, they started as a Marketing Services Manager at American Cyanamid, where they also served as a Sales Operations Manager and Program Manager, handling vendor negotiations. From 1997 to 2006, Dianne worked as an Account Manager and Client Services Manager at Active International, specializing in technology and CRM. In 2007, they joined Solutions3 LLC as an Operations & Account Manager and later became the Executive Business Administrator, Technology/Business Manager/Recruiting/FSO. Dianne's expertise includes creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors and translating business needs into technology solutions. In 2018, they founded Precious Stones Coaching, offering individual and group coaching, team coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements. Dianne is certified in various coaching specialties and has contributed articles as a Senior Level Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine. In 2023, Dianne joined Careerminds as a Career Coach.
