Victor Gonzalez Galeano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Victor began their career in the banking sector, working their way up from a Bank Teller to a Vice President at Bank of America. Victor then held leadership positions at Bolivar BioFUELS, Wells Fargo, and Fifth Third Bank, where they focused on employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and managing financial center performance.
In 2016, Victor transitioned to the education sector, joining Hult International Business School as a Consultant and Director of Corporate Relations. Victor also served as a coach for Master Degree students, helping them develop strategic career plans.
Victor's passion for personal development and coaching led him to roles at PNC and Careerminds, where they provided coaching and outplacement services to individuals undergoing career transitions.
In 2022, Victor joined Positive Intelligence as a Mental Fitness and PQ Transformational Leadership Coach, helping individuals enhance their mental resilience and leadership skills.
From 2023 onwards, Victor will be working at Churchill Leadership Group Inc. as a Leadership, Performance, Mental Fitness, and Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, focusing on executive coaching and enhancing emotional intelligence.
Most recently, Victor held the position of CWO Chief Well-Being Officer and Business Development Manager at PwCC Personal Well-Being Coaching Center. In this role, they were responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of well-being within the organization, integrating holistic well-being practices into the larger business strategy.
Throughout their career, Victor has demonstrated their leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills, making a significant impact in the areas of well-being, personal development, and organizational performance.
Victor Gonzalez Galeano has a diverse education history. Victor obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Rollins College, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. Victor then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UCF College of Business, attending from 1995 to 1997. In 2004, Victor enrolled in Lynn University to pursue a Doctorate in Leadership, and it is unclear when they completed this degree.
In terms of certifications, Victor completed a Certification on Professional Coaching from the University of Miami in 2013-2014. Victor also obtained several financial certifications from FINRA, including the Series 26 - Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent, and Series 6 - Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative in 2000. Additionally, in 2021, Victor obtained an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. Furthermore, they acquired the World Happiness Facilitator certification from the World Happiness Foundation in February 2023.
