Lupe Prado

Lupe Prado is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified executive and career coach.

Lupe’s years in public accounting, financial reporting, and professional services have shaped her as a leader and coach. She began her career at PwC in the assurance group, focused on audits across multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics. In this role, Lupe led audit planning and execution of both public and private clients. From there, she joined Denbury Resources, a publicly traded oil and gas company, as an SEC reporting analyst, where she worked in the SEC reporting group, preparing financial reports (10-Ks, 10-Qs) and performing technical accounting research.

As an executive coach, Lupe has partnered with leaders in high-performing companies to help them grow, address challenges, and drive toward positive outcomes for them and their teams.

Lupe is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She completed the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) training in 2017 and the UT Dallas Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching in January 2020. Lupe completed her Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Development at UT Dallas in December 2020.
