Lupe Prado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and financial services. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CMP and a Senior Coach at Latino Career Assessment™, Lupe also provides executive coaching at The Boda Group, specializing in leadership within diverse industries such as finance, retail, and technology. As the founder of Lupe Prado Coaching, LLC, Lupe has been dedicated to coaching executives and career development since 2018. Previous roles include SEC Reporting Analyst at Denbury Resources and various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Lupe gained significant expertise in audit and advisory services. Lupe holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development with High Distinction and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching, both from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
