Varsha Srivastava

Varsha Srivastava has extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as an Account Manager at Careernet since November 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process for clients and coordinating service delivery to meet various targets. Prior to this role, Varsha worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, successfully hiring IT and non-IT resources across India and engaging in campus hiring initiatives. Varsha also held positions at CareerNet Technologies, starting as a Senior Consultant focused on technical recruitment for major clients, and later working as a Lead managing end-to-end recruitment functions. Educationally, Varsha holds an MBA in IT-Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Lucknow.
