Kayla McCown

Kayla McCown currently serves as the Manager of Partner Growth at CareerPlug, a role focused on leading strategic initiatives to foster and enhance partnerships with Partner Growth Managers, ultimately aiming to expand the company's reach. Prior to this, Kayla held the position of Partner Growth Manager for Home & Commercial Services at CareerPlug, where efforts were directed toward driving growth and improving partnerships with franchisors and associations. In addition to experience at CareerPlug, Kayla co-owns McCown Ventures and has a background as a Middle School Science Teacher for Hardin County Schools. Earlier entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and operation of Snap Fitness in Hodgenville. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Middle School Science and Social Studies from Western Kentucky University.
