Zachary Novak

Zachary Novak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and community development. As the Founder and CEO of Careers In Technology and Innovation since January 2021, Zachary has built a community that has supported over 300 tech professionals in their career advancement. In addition to this role, Zachary serves as a Community Consultant for FML Studios, focusing on establishing strategic community advantages for technology organizations. Prior to these positions, Zachary held the role of Director of Community for the RevV Leaders Network, an experiential learning platform, and worked in various capacities at Actionable.co, EvolveU, Tervita Corporation, BMO Capital Markets, Barclays, and Macquarie Group, primarily in investment banking and corporate strategy. Zachary earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Ivey Business School at Western University.
