Heather O'Connor

Heather O'Connor has extensive experience in workforce program administration, having served in various roles at CareerSource Capital Region since January 2010, including Workforce Programs Administrator, Quality Performance and Training Specialist, Associate Career Center Manager, and Welfare Transition Career Specialist. Prior to this, Heather O'Connor was a Medical Program Analyst at the State of Florida's Agency for Healthcare Administration from January 2008 to January 2010 and worked as a Web Services Coordinator at the Florida Distance Learning Consortium from June 2003 to January 2008. Heather O'Connor holds an Associate in Science degree in Graphic Design from Tallahassee State College, earned between 2000 and 2002.
