Nilda Blanco, MPA, has extensive work experience in various roles within the public and private sectors. Nilda is currently employed by CareerSource Central Florida, where they hold the position of VP of Service Delivery. Previously, they have served as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Director of Business Intelligence at the same organization. Prior to their current role, Nilda worked as the Quality Assurance/Continuous Improvement Director at CareerSource Central Florida from 2012 to 2017.
Additionally, Nilda has held a significant role as an Area Manager at Henkels & McCoy from 2004 to 2012. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the implementation of a youth program that provided various services to in-school and out-of-school youth in Polk County, Florida. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at Capital Workforce Partners from 2001 to 2004.

Prior to this, they attended Rutgers University from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Mass Media Communication. In 2019, Nilda also had a brief stint at The Wharton School, although the specific degree or field of study they pursued during that time is unknown.
