Donna Doubleday has extensive experience in workforce development and management. Donna served as the President/CEO at CareerSource Heartland starting in 2013. Prior to that, they were the COO at Heartland Workforce from 2006 onwards. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills and consistently exceeded targets. Donna also worked as the TOP Site Manager at Children's Home Society from 2005 to 2006. Before that, they were the Regional Manager at Focused Management Systems where they were responsible for overall operations and program management. Throughout their career, Donna has focused on developing comprehensive plans, building strategic alliances, and meeting performance standards.
Donna Doubleday earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies in 2009. In 2001, they obtained certifications in Workforce Development from Dynamics Works and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.
