Tracey McMorris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1999 to 2007, they worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they held various leadership positions, including Manager, Branch Management, and Accounting Management. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Office Manager at Girard Equipment, Inc., where they managed customer service, accounts receivable, and supervised office staff. Since 2012, they have been with CareerSource Research Coast, where they have taken on progressively more senior roles, including Branch Manager, Director of Field Operations, Director of Operations, and most recently, Vice President of Operations/COO. Their responsibilities have included overseeing daily operations, managing workforce development programs, and providing leadership and oversight to ensure organizational success.
Tracey McMorris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Rust College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.

CareerSource Research Coast connects businesses to qualified talent and people to careers and training opportunities in Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie counties. CareerSource Research Coast is a member of the CareerSource Florida network and is run by a local Board of Directors consisting of private business, economic development and education representatives, community and state agencies, and elected officials. CareerSource Research Coast operates four career centers and offers the following services to career seekers: ~ Job Placement Assistance ~ Resume Building ~ On-the-Job Training We also have a full business services team to provide recruitment, hiring and training assistance to all Research Coast employers. We offer award-winning programs and partnerships recognized locally, statewide and nationally. Our staff members are certified workforce professionals often recognized by their peers as leaders in workforce development.
