Tracey McMorris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1999 to 2007, they worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they held various leadership positions, including Manager, Branch Management, and Accounting Management. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Office Manager at Girard Equipment, Inc., where they managed customer service, accounts receivable, and supervised office staff. Since 2012, they have been with CareerSource Research Coast, where they have taken on progressively more senior roles, including Branch Manager, Director of Field Operations, Director of Operations, and most recently, Vice President of Operations/COO. Their responsibilities have included overseeing daily operations, managing workforce development programs, and providing leadership and oversight to ensure organizational success.

Tracey McMorris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Rust College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
